兩段簡短既 "反傳統" Business Enthics:

Personally, I recommend the use of abusive emails at times.

Many people respond to abuse.

Also, many business people swear, use profanity and "give shit" or "take the piss out of" their close colleagues every day -- in a very vulgar way. This is how a lot of people in business regularly talk to each other, in many industries. I would say that some of your prospects are probably used to it.

I also recommend the use of verbal abuse (yelling at people) in person and on the phone.

Note that this MUST BE APPLIED JUDICIOUSLY ... tremendously judiciously.

Yelling at people or being an "asshole" is no way to be a leader, and no way to earn sales or respect over the long term, but can be very effective when used at the right time.

My approach in business is "velvet glove, iron fist."

New clients know that I am truly "nice" and that I will bend over backwards to serve them, but they also know that I am assertive and say what I want to say -- for their benefit.

What they may or may not know is "fu*k with me and you are getting taken out, bitch .. " -- but in my best and most profitable business relationships, they know this, and they feel the same way and have the same M.O.

just as an example ... I have hard-working, valued, respectable, mature professionals who work for me that sometimes I need to say repeatedly "please get it done" ... then, "it is important that you get this done" ... "can we please get it done by XX date" ... "you need to get this done, or there will be consequences" ... then ...

"GET IT FUCKING DONE. NOW. NO EXCUSES. NOW IS MY TIME TO TALK, AND YOUR TIME TO LISTEN. GET IT DONE. NOW. AM I FUCKING CLEAR?"

... and that is what I should have said in the first place with these types of people. The types of people who respond to this type of messaging -- and there are MANY of them!

I am only saying that different people respond to different things, and the general idea incorporating what I would call "direct, rough & assertive plain language" translates to online marketing, as well. Think about it.

"abuse" and "profanity" should be an arrow in your quiver that you should not be afraid to use.

You remind me of Gordon Ramsay, a very famous British chef, always yelling at ppl(employees) with foul words, threats them like dogs(sometimes). Althought I can imagine for some ppl(who can't take his style)working under him will be a nightmare.

He has restaurants in London, New York, Las Vegas ,Tokyo, etc and he is only 39, very successful. Certainly, he has his way with ppl, a key to succes.

If this Gordon Ramsay guy has these many restaurants
all around the world. And he also uses this "abusive"
technique. Although I haven't heard of this guy before,
but I bet he must've mastered the art of abusive
management.

Coz as I have stated above, I don't believe simply
yelling at people with profanity without tact can
be a successful leader for long, or even a short
time for that matter. It must be applied with
tremendous judicious.

Simply put, yelling (swearing) at the right time,
in the right place, for the right reason, at the
right type of people who respond to these type
of messages the most.

i.e.
Can you please get this done? Thanks. (ignores you)

GO FUCKING GET THIS DONE RIGHT NOW YOU MOTHER FUCKING IMBECILE!!! (Yes sir!! (with a salute))

I don't know why...but there are people like this in the world.

佢地全部都唔須要 credentials. 所以可以賣到 $200 美金一樣得.

但係你數學唔同, 你想賣俾會考生, 咁作者要有 credentials 佢地

岩岩響一個講網上生意既 forum (英文 forum), 有人
問, 點解有多到數唔盡既成功者來自星加波, 但係香港
就幾乎連一個都冇. 照計香港人冇可能會輸俾星加波

everything in life, and also with his comment about
Hong Kong during his 3 visits here. He said, "20 years

You expect them to sit at the computer learning how to
do web design and get their own domains hosted here
and there, and then do copywriting themselves hopefully
being able to make a few bucks? No way, jose!

要佢地學埋寫廣告性字眼? 好難啦!

Better go to the stock market and speculate. Or go to
the jockey club betting center and place their bets on
horse racing. Or go to Macau and place their life on bet.
Or buy Mark 6 Lotto and see.
寧願叫佢地去抄股票, 去馬會賭馬. 或者過澳門用佢地條命黎做賭
注, 博他娘的一舖. 再唔係就買六合彩.

Internet marketing? Too much work, too much investment
- sure makes John (me) a dull boy! ;-)
網上生意? 太多工作, 太多投資啦!

Way back in 1991, after returning from Texas one year
before, I started a company in Hong Kong that produced
subliminal audio tapes in Chinese with a few partners
thinking that this was the best thing to do to help people
and make some profits at the same time. And of course,
after one million Hong Kong dollars ( HKD : USD = $7.92 : $1.00 )
of investment, the company went belly-up in 2 years,
with all the partners in debt for years to come.

Only choose the no-brainer, easy and fast money
ideas and they will sell well. Anything other than
that, don't think twice - in fact, think 200 times
before committing.
一定要賣一d 冇腦既產品, d 賺快錢既 idea 賣得最好. 如果
你唔係諗住賣呢d 野既話, 我建議你唔係應該要三思, 而係
應該係諗 200 次先好做.

For example, diet pills sell really well here. So is those
expensive massage chairs that can bend themselves
backward - or make you bend backward - are selling
like crazy here. You know why? Of course you do.
People are always buying into such fantasies that
"Oh well, I spend big money for this, it must work."
"All I ever need do is do these simple steps and I'm
healed or I'm slim...or whatever."
舉例, 減肥丸呢度賣到超好. 同埋個d 按摩椅. 你知唔知點解?
你梗係知. 因為d 人經常諗住 "Well~ 我用咁多錢買, 一定有效."
"我靜係想我可以好簡單咁跟住幾個簡單 steps, 就可以醫番好我
自己. 或變瘦, 或 whatever."

So, in a nutshell, it's quite a different ball game here
in this part of the world indeed. ;-)
總括黎講, 我地呢度同世界其它地方既遊戲規則係完全唔同既.
